Filling boxes with chocolate chips with a hygienic filling device
For this project, we designed a filling device to fill boxes. This design was created in close cooperation with the engineering department of the customer. From the bigbag, boxes have to be filled up to 20 kg in a legal-for-trade way. Those boxes are filled by means of a double vibrating feeder, at a fast rate.
This device has been designed according to the highest requirements regarding hygienic design and can quickly and ergonomically be cleaned.
The filling device is placed within an installation which places the bigbag with chocolate chips above the filler. The filling device is followed by the metal detector in line.
The bagging post was designed and produced by Robbe Industries. Via a Siemens controller with Siwarex weight indicator and touch panel, this device is very solid, robust and easy to control.
After the installation, the complete technical file is presented, consisting of electrical schemes, detailed manuals, program manual, back-ups of the software, CE conformity certificates, …
