For a major international player in bulk processing, Robbe Industries has built a state-of-the-art bigbag filling station.
The bigbag filling installation is installed in a daughter company in Hungary. The filling device is used to dose fertilizer granules precisely in bigbags with a single loop, after mixing.
During and after the filling, the bigbag is lifted, so it can be stretched optimally and thus it remains stable. Hence, the bigbag can be transported in a secure way, after the filling process. During the filling process, the product is compacted via built-in vibrating motors.
The device has been tested thoroughly in our workshops and they have been designed as “plug-and-play”. This way, the start-up could be done smoothly on site. Via a remote connection, the start-up could be controlled easily.
