Robbe Industries SA installed a bagging line for openmouth bags and bigbags at FISCe (Acomo group)
The companies within the Acomo group are active in global purchasing, trading, treating, handling, packing and distributing of conventional and biological niche food products and ingredients for the food industry and beverage industry.
As a daughter company of Acomo, FISCe (Food Ingredients Service Center Europe) is active in the food industry. The specialization of FISCe is the execution of an external validated process of pathogen reduction on behalf of low moisture products, like spices, dried herbs, edible seeds, grains, dried vegetables and pulses.
New filling line
For the new filling line, the customer contacted Robbe Industries SA for the design and delivery of a bagging machine with a sealer and conveyor belts. We also provided a bigbag filler. This way, by means of this installation both openmouth bags and bigbags can be filled.
After the bags have been filled, they are automatically sealed, and transported via a series of conveyor belts. Moreover, they go through a metal detector. The entire turn-key project was executed in-house by Robbe Industries SA.
