For an existing customer active in recycling, we supplied the following weighing devices and accessories for their new site:
- 2 ground-level weighbridges with automation:
- Barriers, intercom and cameras
- Industrial touchscreens
- 11 built-in weighing platforms
- 2 raised weighing platforms with backrest
- custom software
On the old site, all components were weighed separately, resulting in long queues.
For their new site, our customer asked for a solution to weigh faster and more efficiently.
We developed a tailor-made solution for this, whereby professional customers can weigh themselves autonomously on a separate weighbridge. For the weighbridge for private individuals, intercom was provided, so that registration can go smoothly.
There is a weighing platform for each component to weigh the various components of private individuals.
In this way, the private individual can throw all components directly into the correct container under the supervision of an employee and the employee can weigh and register all components with 1 push of a button.
The weighbridge operator manages the entire flow. He can control the barriers and do the registration of the private person who registers at the weighbridge.
After the weighing, the private individual receives a weighing slip with an overview of the weighed components.
